This Week’s Activity: Sculpt BootCamp
Join us for a free Sculpt BootCamp session with Michelle Placek. Michelle has been passionate about fitness since childhood, playing sports through high school and continuing to stay active throughout college and her motherhood journey. She has explored a variety of fitness activities, from tennis and pickleball to yoga, weightlifting, and all things cardio. While she enjoys every aspect of fitness, it’s yoga that truly makes her feel her best—both mentally and physically.
Recently, Michelle felt a calling to inspire other women to feel their best too, through movement and self-care, leading her to pursue a 200-hour Melt Yoga Teacher Training, which she completed in November 2024. Michelle is beyond excited to share her passion for yoga, break a sweat, and flow with you.
