This Week’s Activity: Yoga with Andi Palladino
Improve mobility and strength at our free Wellness in the Park event, led by Andi Palladino. Andi is a yoga educator, 300-hour RYT instructor, licensed massage therapist, and co-owner of Aligned Corporate Wellness. With over 15 years of experience, Andrea blends the time-tested foundations of yoga with modern neuroscience, nervous system optimization, and neurohacking tools.
Andi is known for her intelligent, creative class sequencing — intentionally crafted to help students progress safely toward their goals, whether advancing into peak poses, improving mobility and strength, or building resilience and focus. As the manager of Melt Yoga Studio and a graduate in Sustainable Living and Soil Science, Andrea brings a holistic, evidence-informed approach to modern wellness, empowering people to move better, feel better, and perform at their best.
